Annual Scientific Meeting – special rates available
The Faculty of Dentistry RCSI Annual Scientific Meeting 2023, on 27-28 October, will provide a comprehensive update on the advances in technology, research and development of new techniques in clinical dentistry.
Speakers include Martina Hayes, Graham Quilligan, Steve Rosenstiel, Anthony Roberts, Craig Barclay, Wendy Turner, Gerry McKenna, Grace Kelly, Kate Farrell, Anne O’Connell, Nicola Innes, Charlotte Eckhardt, Phil Atkin, Suk Ng and Saoirse O’Toole. There are also two hands-on courses:
- CBCT for General Practitioners: This hybrid course will combine an online preparatory component covering the theoretical aspects of CBCT, with a full day in person practical component on the viewing, manipulation and interpretation of CBCT images. The syllabus meets the Level 1 training requirements as mandated by the Dental Council of Ireland.
- Practical Minor Oral Surgery: This hybrid course introduces delegates to a unique hands-on experience in our state-of-the-art clinical laboratory facilities at RCSI. Those taking the hands-on component will have access to our bespoke on-line preparatory component, which they can study at their leisure in advance.
